After all, we at A-Pro feel the home inspection process is backward. We at A-Pro have always believed the home inspection should be done on the front end, not the back-end. We won’t get into that now.
Here’s a summary of how our unique “Certified Pre-Owned Home” program works. The seller hires A-Pro Home Inspection Services to perform the home inspection before the house goes on the market for sale. A-Pro then performs the home inspection and guarantees the findings of the home inspection to the seller. The seller then has the opportunity to make repairs, if desired ( if so, the inspector may inspect the repairs for a nominal fee or seller can simply keep the receipts of the repairs and attach with the report). If the seller forgoes the repairs –NO PROBLEM – it really doesn’t matter. The important thing is that the problems are noted and the seller can now help justify the asking price. To further clarify, the asking price -now takes into consideration the inspector findings – fixed or not.
